Hotel Village Kairos

Really a big disappointment for the only week of vacation I had, paid club card but we used the beach service once since the sea is not quite what one expects from Calabria, perhaps the wind perhaps the river a few meters away make the water murky and full of debris. We moved to the Cinnamons for the Sea. I feel like making my compliments to the very professional entertainers and waiters. Abundant but not quality food but for the price paid it can be. Small building swimming pool. I confirm, as per other reviews already seen, problems probably to be attributed to the waters, having had my son with fever and vomiting and my wife with vomiting. I would not recommend this establishment.

Let's start from the assumption that it is a 3-star hotel so we certainly weren't expecting luxury... let's start from the positive things, plentiful cuisine to which we easily adapted, very courteous dining room staff, I want to thank the chef Rosario who took care of the first courses and they were truly exquisite, nice room with sufficient cleanliness, very nice location, with a beautiful view of the sea!!! Alas, let's move on to the negative things, we paid for the club card on the spot but the service offered is obscene...improvised entertainment, I feel sorry for the guys who work there but they were very badly managed, the mini club did not exist, we were the ones who "revived" them by organizing among ourselves soccer matches and other things, the children were with their parents all day... they asked for money to have color parties and such nonsense otherwise they would stay at rest doing nothing, little evening activities, the village chief, never mind... let's move on to the beach, disaster, rubbish and objects destroyed everywhere, it smells of sewage as you go down to reach it, in short, nothing is missing! I wouldn't go back!!!!

Pretty nice structure, let's draw a veil over the rest. Entertainment almost absent, rating for the cuisine 5--, breakfast always the same for 7 days in a row, bar inside the structure terrible, since it was September 2nd it had nothing except beer and coffee. He had to eliminate what was inside him. Not even ice cream for children. 2 animators, maybe 3 for the entire structure. They had to divide themselves between adults and children, between the sea and the swimming pool. All inclusive damn. At the table we only had water and wine, if you wanted anything else you had to buy it at the bar. To top it off, the lack of seriousness on the part of dlt, which brought my holiday forward by one day without notifying me, causing me to lose a day of holiday. Disgust. Overall rating 4---

We went to this village together with three other families and stayed for 15 days! Bad experience starting from the management, non-existent services, horrendous sea !!! To say neglected beach is little !!! Not to mention a terrible gastritis that "affected" adults and children, causing vomiting, dysentery and fever! The only positive note is the guys in the restaurant NOT RECOMMENDED DO NOT GO

I want to say just a few words about the experience I had at the Kairos facility. I'll start by saying that I have little to say about the structure given the attractions are optimally placed for customers, unlike the entertainment (which is more important given that the holiday becomes fun if the entertainment knows how to do its job). They didn't respect the starting times of the activity, they didn't organize anything but we had to be the ones to take the initiatives, they always asked us for money for almost every activity that was proposed to us, such as the color party, bingo, popcorn and cotton candy for a fee, if not we accepted the result was sitting around doing nothing. We were forced to keep the children in the mini club's scheduled time slot, i.e. from 4.30pm to 6.00pm where at the same time we had to do activities for adults too but were unable to do so because, I repeat, we had to keep the children ourselves. We complained several times to the head entertainer Claudio who snubbed us with less than comprehensive answers, blaming the structure for having paid them little. I add last words, rats found at the poolside and bar always empty given the last week

Negative experience for the only week of vacation I had... nothing to say about the very nice place with a beautiful view.. let's say comfortable and clean rooms with changes of tablecloths and sheets but the entertainment was non-existent and disorganised...for every additional activity I asked for money because they said it wasn't included... Bimby left in the lurch because no one followed them... only 2 entertainers in the whole village plus everything was said that it was like this because it was the last week so little seriousness on the part of the joker animation.. club card money was stolen in front in front ... Where blame was exchanged between structure and animation... The restaurant ate very well and the only positive thing was that the waiters were ready for anything...very friendly.. .the only positive thing is that we found ourselves ..creating a nice group with the other guests and organizing things ourselves... The pool bar was always empty and had nothing left, neither ice cream nor beers because it was the last week. Which you couldn't hear. ..and therefore forced to buy them in some market....plus scolded because the director...or rather the director didn't want it...Despite not having anything in the bar... Very little cleaning in the pool with a few mice...and what's crucial is that there were non-existent lifeguards busy playing cards at the bar...my daughter was drowning...and luckily, thanks to my quickness, I dived in to save her.. The positive thing is that the sea is beautiful and clear.....but I certainly won't go back there again....and I hope they change the entertainment
